My Story
I've Been Where You Are
Not a therapist. Not a life coach with a certification. Just a man who went through it and came out the other side.
Your Name
A few years ago, my marriage ended. I won't sugarcoat it — it was one of the hardest things I've ever been through. The loneliness, the guilt, the fear about what kind of father I'd be with a custody schedule — it was overwhelming.
I didn't need a therapist telling me to "process my feelings." I needed someone who had actually been through it. Someone who could tell me what co-parenting really looks like, how to handle the first holidays alone, and how to start rebuilding when you don't even know where to begin.
I figured it out — slowly, imperfectly, but I did. I built a business, rebuilt my confidence, and found a new sense of purpose. Now I want to be that person for other men going through the same thing.
This isn't therapy. It's a conversation with someone who has been there.

The Journey
How I Got Here
The Divorce
My marriage ended after years of trying. I was blindsided by how hard the aftermath hit — the loneliness, the guilt, the fear about my kids.
The Struggle
I tried to white-knuckle it alone. I didn't want to burden friends, couldn't afford a therapist, and most "divorce resources" felt useless for men.
Finding My Footing
Slowly, I started figuring things out. Co-parenting, rebuilding routines, reconnecting with my faith and purpose. It took longer than it should have.
Building Something New
I launched a business, rebuilt my confidence, and found a new sense of identity. Not the same person — better, actually.
Paying It Forward
I realized I could be the person I needed back then. Someone who had been there. Someone who could give practical, honest guidance without judgment.
